Tree Trimming

Depending on the tree's location and variety, we can prune or remove trees of up to 12' in height. Like other plants, it's crucial to keep your trees in check and prune as needed. An annual assessment is always a good idea.

A typical pruning will consist of trimming any branches lacking sunlight, crossing limbs rubbing against each other or other objects, and branches that do not accommodate the tree's general shape.

Shrub Trimming

When it comes to shaping your shrub and keeping it healthy, selective pruning is a better option over shearing. It may take a little more time than shearing, but pruning is a better technique for your plant’s safety, health, and appearance over time.

Pruning cuts will encourage growth throughout the plant and caters to the plant’s natural shape while controlling the size of the shrub.

Removals

Hardrock Landscape Services has been in the tree services business for 22 years, specializing in the removal of trees up to twelve feet tall. We have state-of-the-art equipment, expert tree climbers, and extensive experience to handle your job. Tree removal is a dangerous job, even for the experts. Our tree removal team will adhere to strict safety standards to ensure that your tree is removed safely.

Stump Grinding

Stump grinding is the next best thing when stump removal is not an option. Once a tree is removed, the stump should either be removed or ground to prevent insect infestation and unsightly decay. We can grind the stump to six to eight inches below the surface, taking care of any old roots connected to the tree. Finally, we backfill the area to the surrounding grade and landscape it to become part of the surrounding environment.

Make a rock solid decision.
